This policy covers information handled by the PocketAdditive app, its support service and its website.
Using the app
Your models and saved work are processed and stored on your device, without automatic upload to us. No PocketAdditive account is required. The app has no advertising or third-party analytics and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Files you choose to share or back up are handled by your chosen service. You control local files through the app and your device; manage exported copies and backups separately.
Apple manages purchases and gives the app purchase status to enable paid features. We do not receive payment card details. Apple handles its services and any reports it makes available to developers under its privacy terms and your settings.
Contacting support
Alphalumio Co. Ltd. operates this website and the PocketAdditive support email service.
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name shown, your message and attachments. Diagnostic reports you choose to share can include app and device details and error information. We use this information to answer you and investigate the issue; our email provider handles message delivery and storage.
Support is optional. We do not sell personal information or use support content for advertising.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep support messages and attachments only as needed to resolve your request and related follow-up, meet legal obligations or handle an active dispute. You can request deletion at pa@alphalumio.com.
Deletion from service-provider backups follows that provider’s retention rules.
Website and service providers
Our website hosting provider processes visitor IP addresses to deliver the site, prevent abuse and report hosting usage. It retains this information for a few months. This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
